The First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University, Lecheng Hospital (Ciming Boao International Hospital)

The First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University, Lecheng Hospital (Ciming Boao International Hospital), was established in 2017 and is the first demonstration hospital for public-private partnership franchise operation. On October 28, 2022, based on the State Council's "Nine Articles" pilot policy, under the leadership and support of the Hainan Provincial Health Commission, the Lecheng Pilot Zone Management Bureau, the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College, and Ciming Boao International Hospital jointly signed a "brand authorization" cooperation agreement. Lecheng Hospital, as the main campus of the hospital, is based in the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone in Hainan. It not only achieves three synchronization with the hospital headquarters in talent, technology, and management, but also will become a technology transfer hospital for the 2024 World Life Science Conference and the first World Life Science Expo. Ciming, standing at the new starting point of Lecheng Hospital, will rely on the technical support of medical education and research at the hospital headquarters, adhere to the principles of integrity and innovation, and actively build a bridgehead and experimental field for national medical development. We will do a good job in service docking in the implementation, transformation, and application of technology, grasp the commanding heights of technology, and enable advanced technology to serve more Chinese people.
